You only pay our service fee when we successfully book you a driving test slot. No payment is required for searching or account creation. The DVSA booking fee is separate and paid directly to the DVSA.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If we're unable to find you a suitable slot, you don't pay anything. Once a booking is confirmed, refunds may be available subject to our discretion and specific circumstances.
